OUR PARTY TIMELINE
Date: Sunday, December 8th, 2024
- Doors Open: 8:45am. Grab your seat, relax and chill until…
- Party Warm-Up starts at 9:20am
- Friends, family and students can all join in the Warm-Up. It is for everyone.
- The Party will wind up between 11:30am-11:45am
- Donations collected will be announced between 11:15am-11:30am
What is the Friendship Bistro?
- After the morning Group Participation of Qigong Exercises and Demonstrations we magically transform the gym into a Bistro, with tables and chairs to sit with and chat with our friends. We also take a group pic!
- We ask participants to bring yummy sweet or savoury treats to have with the coffee or tea that we’ll be providing.

- The Saturday Lunch Program is an Outreach Organization that feeds over 140 North Vancouver residents every week.
- The TQSpirit wants to help bring awareness to the fact that this is an organization that is relied on by many.
- The TQSpirit has been helping out since 2009!
- The Saturday Lunch Program distributes free-of-charge lunches out of the North Shore Neighbourhood House.
- All the food is prepared out of the Highlands United Church every single week.
- With your help we would love to beat last year’s event. In 2023 we raised over $3,400!.
