The TQSpirit Practises in 2 Locations

Starting in September, TQSpirit classes will be offered at two welcoming North Shore locations: Highlands United Church and North Lonsdale United Church.

We welcome students from across the North Shore, Vancouver, and beyond. For those joining from home or while travelling, our Saturday Health Qigong class is also available Live-On-Zoom.

Our Tuesday and Thursday classes are located at North Lonsdale United Church

Our Wednesday and Saturday classes are offered in a hybrid format, with In-Person at Highlands United Church and Live-On-Zoom, giving students the option to attend in person or join us on Zoom when needed.
